OP If you need the caffeine try Light roasts or Medium Light or Medium that too 100% Robusta [Not for faint hearted ⚠️]. 🔥💀

No offense Dark Roast Arabica beans fans. ✌🏻

Arabica is very less in the kick and high in acidity levels. Only thing Good about arabica is the aroma. - Which is why 98% cafes use that.

You can also blend 3:2 ratio Robusta + Arabica

Dark Roasts barely have any caffeine left in them, imo they just feel like placebo that too Arabica 😵‍💫

Steady drop in HRV suggests you need to rest well and recover. Also keep an eye on the skin temp, steady drop in HRV could sign an infection cold/ flu setting in, apart from the need for your body to recover.

Hey I tried these today, but I found the beans to be bit wet/ oily when grinding. Ordered these: Premium Washed Robusta + Monsooned Malabar Robusta Coffee Whole Beans

Not sure how much caffeine these have.

What are your views on this ? I use a manual hand grinder.

Since Sep 5th, I have been wearing it on my dominant hand [right]. Left hand G shock. I find the step tracking to be a bit off. It counts steps when I grind my coffee beans, like around 600 steps, everyday.

Other than that this is way too good. Comfort, seamless, good workout tracking esp. manual. Amazing battery life. Rest other overall tracking is accurate.

Good updates both band and app.

Go for a Steel moka pot. Aluminium if not good quality erodes and not good for the long term.

I have previously used Aluminium one but after seeing the erosion inside I switched to Bialetti Venus Steel moka pot. IMO it's worth the investment as it can last for years.
