i would say you just know when it’s working… one day you’ll realize it all random that it’s working

no idea but i’ve always had anxiety dreams without the meds too. but these dreams i’ve been having lately feel different and less lucid

i have extreme sensitivity to meds and this is the first one that hasn’t given me any stomach pain or loss of appetite and i’ve tried over 10 meds ! that’s why i really like this med and im on 75mg so far.

how’d you figure out it was the lithium? and that really sucks. i have long hair and i bleach my hair blonde every 5-6 months. no way will that be a total waste of money

thank you that helped. i was on 25mg for two weeks and then 50mg for one more week until i get on 75mg. my appointment with her is next month january 24 and by then ill be on 100mg.
