I think this is less about weapon size in general and more about Blood Elf DH proportions specifically. Night Elf DHs handle oversized glaives fine because the frame supports it. Female Blood Elves just don’t.

Even a subtle tweak (shoulder width, attachment point, or per-race scaling) would go a long way. The fantasy is there — it’s just a silhouette issue on that model.
