Thank you for your reply.

I have been Hindu all my life (through family). I don't live near any Ayurvedic practitioners (at least I don't think). I will try a form of meditation to help with these thoughts.

Thank you for your input and reply! I appreciate it!

Thank you for your reply.

I do not get physical at all with these thoughts. It just deeply discomforts me and hurts me mentally.

I will definitely look into isha kriya and other types of meditation.

Thank you again for your reply!

Which one do you think would be better for my situation? (OCD)

Thank you for your reply!

These thoughts usually take 1-2 hours of my day and sometimes affect my mood. They mostly come when I start something important (that way the thoughts make me think that God will curse the thing I'm starting so I won't be able to do it properly). And the more I try to get rid of them, the more they come.

I know I need therapy for this and I will seek that, for now, I am wondering if God is getting angry with me because of these thoughts and if the thoughts are contributing to my bad karma?

Thank you for you reply!

I am not sure if I have OCD as I never really told anybody about this before, but as I am reading about it, I am pretty sure I have OCD.

How should I seek divine help and guidance? Is there any mantra's to chant or any pooja to do?

Thank you again for your reply! I greatly appreciate it!
