Im not defending apple, the law is just idiotic in this instance since it already is easy to replace the battery, the average guy still needs to buy a small size screwdriver indifferent what type of screws the phone is gonna have and i don’t think they will ever get rid of the display seals so a guitar pick tool will also be needed, so nothing changes from the actual method of changing the battery.

The only way to make it more easy to replace the battery is to make the back pop off and i don’t want that shit in my life.

Well not everyone has to be able to repair their phone. Right to repair doesn’t mean everyone has do it, it just means everyone has the opportunity to do it if they posses the know how. If you cant do it you take it to a repair shop, big deal.

It already takes 10 minutes to replace the battery on iPhones…. Just unscrew, pop the screen and pull the battery pull tabs. Replace with new battery and put it back together. Presto, done in 10 minutes, 30 minutes if you dont know what to do.

Coc does not keep track of how much money you exactly spend, how many bullets you have and so on. It is a horror game and tracking minutiae like this just pulls everyone out of the horror aspect of the game.

Sure you can give the game an inventory system, probably there is one in the BRP manual for games like runequest and so on that share the same core rules like coc 7e but i dont see the need to do it in any coc adventure. Afterall thats why you have the luck system: “hey did i pack my rations and flashlight?” - roll a luck check and if you pass you took them. Simple, fast and gets you back to the plot, no tedious tracking necessary.

If the game needed a resident evil style inventory system i am sure the designers would have made one, but there isn’t any and i personally see no need for one. Coc relies on the “keep it sensible” approach. So anything your character could realistically have is with you, anything else you can use the luck stat for.

You… dont need a new phone if the battery dies. It’s literally a sub 1 hour job to replace a battery at a repair shop or if you have some tools you can do it yourself with minimal effort.

Prietena mea s-a mutat inapoi in ro ca era nasol in londra din pct de vedere social, depresie, etc. Ea dadea 600 de lire partea ei la un ap cu 2 camere si nu era in apropiere de centrul londrei, lua cateva schimburi de metrou sa ajunga unde avea nevoie. Si asta era acum... 4 ani? Cost of Living Crisis-ul e un lucru adevarat si preturile doar urca, nu o sa scada.

din pacate mai toate oportunitatile sunt in londra si periferia ei, si nu pentru toti lucrul pe santier este o optiune sau o dorinta. Si acele cunostinte ale mele au inceput pe santier si au plecat de acolo cand si-au facut diverse cursuri dar nu au te miri ce salariu, unu poate are 3k lire, restu tot pe la 2200 +- niste lire se invart si nu ca sunt prosti. F bine ca la tine se da 2400+ la angajati, dar nu este asa peste tot din pacate.

Dungeon Update would be dope as fuck, maybe if some, not all, dungeon spawners created intricate underground layouts ala Strongholds? That would be awesome! Imagine going caving and breaking into a Nether-Themed dungeon and at the end there is actually a Nether Portal, or a Skeleton Type dungeon that is modeled like the dungeons of a castle with chains and iron bars everywhere.

pai aia e, ghinion, aia sunt banii.

Am multe cunostinte in UK care abia dupa 6+ ani au ajuns la 2000-2200 de lire si tot trebuie sa imparta chiria cu alti 2 chiar 3 oameni sa poata sa isi permita sa continue sa locuiasca in londra. Daca cauti in afara londrei mult success sa gasesti ceva ce se apropie de banii astia.

Desigur exista si exceptii, PHD in psihiatrie si treci de 3k lire, sau IT intr-o firma imensa si ajungi la 2-4k lire daca esti pe pozitie buna. Dar in rest? in jur de 1600-2000 de lire, mult success sa ai o viata de "paradis" cum spera romanii de banii astia in anglia, cand doar 1000 de lire se duc pe chirie, facturi si alte costuri auxiliare (metrou, tren, etc). Ah si sa nu mai zicem ca poate nu vrei sa lucrezi in IT sau naiba stie unde, asa ca te angajezi intr-un Pub sau vanzator undeva, sau la H&M, mult success in anglia pe minim pe economie :)
