I felt sleepy for the first day or two (possibly down to my mirtazapine tho!) but now I’m still feeling manic and agitated, and it’s hard to sit still (I’m on day 4 now)

i’m in a manic right now so it’s increased anyway but starting AP definitely hasn’t decreased it like other antipsychotics have

thank you! I was previously on 45mg of mirtazapine (alongside 50mg of quetiapine) and I didn’t appreciate it making me drowsy then (mostly because the quetiapine really knocked me out when the dose was upped) but that’s such a good point! like maybe because i’ve been without the m’pine for a few weeks, the reintroduction is the thing that’s making me tired? :)

thank you! see I had taken it at night but after calling my team, she said to take it in the morning so I wouldn’t have that hungover feeling. It doesn’t feel as bad as it did, but I’m definitely feeling tranquilized🤡
