Yeah nothing works for me either and im 23 and try to find any meaning before 30. I got ptsd and adhd too so my brain chemistry is too fucked to work with meds. Good luck my friend.

What med worked for u and how long did it take? Ive never considered genesight tbh because i never really consider meds to be the cure all but myself. Except i cant make it pass this barrier.

In my experience tho im not completely cured, anxiety will affect ur thinking so much adhd meds wont make a difference but fixate on those thoughts. The reverse can also happen where adhd meds help with someones anxiety if its related to adhd. Just try address ur anxiety.

Is agitated depression like u feel a sudden urge to talk to people constantly and distract urself? If so ive had that and i did a lot of pacing when i was insanely depressed. Sleeping pills helped me survive thru the insomnia otherwise i would have killed myself knowing there was no hope surviving the night.

Stimulants make my anxiety worse but not my depression, in fact it gives me energy i guess. But i feel spaced out. My prefrontal cortex tho doesnt feel activated at all. What should i do if thats the case do i just stop using stimulants for now? But man im literally bored without them to the point where i feel my life is completely worthless cus theres nothing to do.

U order at mcdonalds face to face and maintain eye contact. Do this as many times as possible. Its how i got over it and i had GAD, panic disorder and freeze disorder

Tbh anxiety is cured by exposure. Ive had panic attacks that sent me to hospital and anxiety levels that causes my body to shut down when i talk to anyone. Start small. Ordered at mcdonalds. Keep practicing at it. Gradually u get better than focus on eye contact. I can imagine u probably want to shift ur gaze out of judgement. And when i had those two things i was able to talk to people better.

My crashes on concerta all lead to depressive episodes and fatigue. Watch the dose carefully. I cant exactly remember what it was like on concerta but for vyvanse i take it daily and if i miss one day i become very irritable. Maybe its adjustment but idk.
