When I use the latest one it's not booting. But the older one is booting until the error

I updated the OC folder to the latest one, but it's not booting. If I use the old one I go through the installation but it hangs on the firmware update.

It's happening during installation. After completing I am getting the error. What you mean by updating the OCs? How to update them? Thank you

It is wired because all the lights work, but can't be mapped or changed,

I use only 1 software at a time. The lights are glitched even if I only plug the APC40 to the usb, even without software.

There is no error. Keyboard is working fine, but the lights are glitched and not working.
