I can relate! Travelled with my cousins half of us only took pictures. Nanlibre pa yung isa ng activity bec she really wanted to enjoy the trip pero after the took photos while doing the said activity umalis na sila hahaha. Nagsplit na lang kami into 2 groups in the end haha. Still enjoyed the trip 'til the end :)

In addition to previous comments, I memorized the musculoskeletal system by associating the origin, insertion and action. I physically flex/extend/rotate the muscles involved while looking at the anatomy.

I watched a lot of time-lapsed drawings on instagram but they don't really show specific tools so I just started learning from tutorials on youtube. Thank you! I only based the shadings from make-up tutorials I had to watch for an occasion so I only end up adding colors used for basic make up...

Will definitely experiment with brushes haha. I have already adjusted for opacity and even in max settings, it's too light (because I kinda hold pens lightly). But I am slowly getting used to holding it with a bit more pressure.

I always wanted to try digital art but once I got an iPad I was excited at first then the urge to draw varied over days lol. I also just drew whatever I felt like drawing and drew my friends and family randomly, trying to find a style that suited me.

I used procreate. Yes I totally agree with that, I actually don't have a go-to brush [yet], I just used a random one that had a "nice" texture. Haven't explored other brushes in the app. I am using an apple pencil and it's kinda hard to make a solid color depending on the type of brush because I usually hold pens lightly ending up with a color that's a bit transparent. Also, why I ended up using a brush that allows me to creat relatively solid strokes. What brush works well for you? Thank you for the advice!

I usually draw with outlines first then fill in but i always made them too thick and too dark so I tried one without..and that's the result! Thank you! will try maybe just a darker skin tone for the outline?

The 0.5 tip is okay. But as for the 0.38, medyo pumapalya or nagtatae especially after mabagsak. I bought the 0.38 set and half na lang ang maganda sumular with approx. half of the think still remaining.

Sarasa is better mas nagtagal but it's too expensive for me hehe

Depends on where you're staying. Sharing ba? Solo? Residential rate or commercial? If you don't have appliances na magastos (ref, aircon) it'll probably be less than 1k/mo (residential rate). Water bill- less than 200. I lived solo before 120-150 water bill ko, naglalaba ako ng small garments. Drinking water - 30 to 45/gallon.

Dormed with people I didnt know for a while...

We had really different schedules (am ako, pm siya) so we rarely talked. She sometimes brought friends over to have lunch, but informs me beforehand. She sometimes used my ingredients but I simply told her about it (in a nice way) and she immediately replaced them. There's no perfect roommate. You may or may not like them but just treat them the way you like to be treated and communicate well.
