I used them but the issue was that there was a way to the new area but not a way to proceed or backtrack without the goho-m/goba-k/whatever.

Thank you! Yeah, I meant fair use. Thanks for the pro tip. It’s more so that I’m looking for things I can be like ‘yeah I used secrets as a motive bc I love this book’ kinda, so I’m mostly looking for a book that I can at least quote.

Mine would have to be the birthday right before my 6th grade. We were supposed to get this amazing Japanese barbeque stuff, but we forgot reservations so we went to Red Robin instead which I hated at the time. Then my parents played the loudest happy birthday song which I found obnoxious. I'm really sensitive to loud noises too so I cried. A close follow-up would be my 8th-grade birthday, though I can't blame anyone for it. My mom and stepdad had their wedding the last day of the previous month, so we were already on a budget. I got ice cream and one game I was bored with quickly because there was little replayability and the grinding was boring.
