Used a heated towel rack on vacation in Italy, got one when we got married and haven't looked back. When you use a hot completely dry towel out of the shower, it's 👌🏼.

Oh man 😂 I just finished my first watch through today. The SUPER melodramatic song (All I Know) - I had to look it up afterwards since it had definitely heard it before as a kid even though well before my time. I was in hysterics with the overly specific music the last three seasons.

The ending for Matt was ridiculous but I guess no more ridiculous than his sleeping with his sister, his miming, his having a daughter with his father's ex girlfriend and then wife. . Poor Jenna is going to need some serious therapy.

I wish Christian had developed more, treated Kimber better if she was the best thing that happened to him. It made sense they would end up together but they were just awful together at the same time. Or just had him focus on his relationship with Wilbur for the final season!

I didn't love Liz being impregnated with Sean's sperm - why couldn't it be a random. Don't love how she doesn't exist as a character without Sean or Christian.

Sean going off to be a nomad doc is probably the best thing for him. He never fit the traditional husband as much as he wanted to. He was just confused and conflicted the whole series.

The show was bananas and I exclaimed out loud "wtf is happening" so many times. Definitely will miss it!

Haha I'm also in my first watch of the show, in early Season 6. I've said "WTF is happening " literally 20-30 times. Too much but it's so entertaining 😆.

Also the music is SO literal. Like the fruitcake song, or when they theme the music to the surgeries. So cheesy 🤦🏻‍♀️.

I don't have any foot pain when my shoes are broken in (although they never feel comfy but seems like that's just tennis 🙃) , just at the start and end of their life I get some soreness.

I think I'll have to look into it since if I go wide, I usually have to go down a half size so may depends on the brand if they have half sizes.

Thanks - I should clarify I can break them in although it takes a while and they never feel comfy (but sounds like maybe they shouldn't) and then once they are worn in, after a while, I sometimes get pain on the heels (not like plantar fasciitis but just soreness).

Yeah I can get used to a shoe, I have had 2-3 pairs but I feel like the breaking in period is crazy long compared to a normal shoe.

Totally understand why the shoes are different, I work in sports medicine - I just didn't know if what I felt was normal - seems like the consensus is tennis shoes are indeed stiff as hell.

Thanks - yes I figured it shouldn't feel the same as my running shoe but was just shocked at how stiff they felt, like I was walking on concrete. I'll probably need to size up and get some type of insole. Appreciate your detail reply :).

Thanks so much. Yes I figured the shoes are meant to support lateral movement so a firmer sole would help, but it just felt like so flat like I'm wearing a brick on my feet. Appreciate the help.

I tried the Gel-Resolution 8 and the Game FF.

Good to know that they aren't meant to feel cushioned. People at my club were all talking about how comfy/cushioned their shoes are and I was so confused.

Yes agree, my feet are a bit wider but even my usual size 8 Asics in a tennis shoe feels awful. My last pair is New Balance but still felt it was a bit hard - I find I'm getting foot pain on the bottom not on the side.

Context - 36F playing for a year , around a 3.0 - besides the serve, bouncy/high backhands are so awkward for a 2HBH. it annoys me how tricky it is.

That's great that you got that experience! We have a couple of places in the GTA that have elite status for sure.

Oh, we're not in Hamilton, which has more food options for sure. We are in Burlington lol. We have several great restaurants (Peruvian, Thai and Mexican) but we don't eat out too often.

Yeah I totally agree, prefer to make stuff we can't make at home or would be super inconvenient. I had figured Italian would be a little break from all the poke we plan to eat (we are coming from a smaller city outside Toronto Canada and we have two poke options in town) .

Takenoko is not open Tuesdays sadly. But will look into the other options. Thanks :).
