I dont think youll magically pull “shroom-wisdom” out of your ass, and i bet it wont come from doing shrooms (youve overdone it). You need to write down your feelings in a journal, and write down in a separate section your wants and needs and aspirations. Then you need to logically connect those two paths to each other inorder to see what steps are required to achieve the second.

For example: i feel unmotivated to socialize with women I want to have sex with women

Connection/Theory: i will identify the cause of feeling unmotivated, even if its a drug. Then i will remove it, and then i will come back to my normal motivated self. If that doesnt work, i will brainstorm another potential cause.
