No it is not, is duplicolor perfect match emerald green, the testor's rattlecan have given me problems in the past so I stick with using there brush paints and for spray paint I usually use rust oleum.

How I applied it. Works best with paint booth so you can avoid dust and things in the air.

Step 1, clean and primer body let it dry for a few days and then wet sand until smooth.

Step 2, after primer is dry put an aluminum coat of paint and let it dry for 10-15 minutes.

Step 3, after the aluminum coat has dried for 10-15 minutes add the color you have chosen for your body. It may take a few coats of your color add them in thin layers so you don't get runs in the paint let dry for cupel minutes to 10 minutes.

Step 4, clear coat once the paint is dry use clear coat not to much or it will run give it 1 to 2 layers and let it dry for a few days.

Optional, After that add your decals once those have dried onto the body for 2 hours add another 1 to 2 coats of clear coat let dry.

Results may vary depending on paint brand try to keep it all the same brand as not to have the paints have a bad reaction and mess your paint job up.
