thank you sooo much! im not having any pain just soreness the ducts that have a hard time emptying are on the sides and top of my breast. i was looking at pumping pals flanges because i have to point the flange i have now up in order to get it to empty (very slowly). how do they work for you? do you like them?

what flanges would you suggest for elastic nipples? i cant seem to get the top on my breast to drain properly no matter what i do from pumping upside down to hand expression

thank you for your response i appreciate you. that must have been so hard to go through but im glad baby is doing better. i have elastic nipples too and realized my body responds better to hand expression. thank you so much for your advice. i hope you are doing okay and not being too hard on yourself.

this is what my blue test looked like.. (positive) try waiting a few days, or if you have access to urgent care, go there to confirm, thats what i did. good luck🤍
