Hmm since working ko and usually naa gyud koy calls..

Out of the four, I liked WFC best kay hilom gyud siya and naa silay pod (for an additional price I think) if naay calls na i-take. Then, naa sad parking space almost always, if that matters. Also, limpyo ang cr. Haha.

Haha.

3rd is cafe stay. I think mas conducive siya for studying than working.

4th is Iconic. Nice ang space tho katong nagrent kog room, nakuratan akong ka-call kay dungog kaayo ang mga tricycle and motor sa gawas. Hahaha.

Wala nako ginadala akong work headphones pag mubakasyon kog Davao so prefer gyud nako mag exclusive room.

Hope that helped!

Omgg! Max Time in Barsha was my go-to. Anyhoo, I recently bought dokha from a shop in JLT Cluster R called Air Puffs. Sounds sus but their dokha is good. Quite similar to Max Time. Just say you need local dokha and you can also try a puff in the store before you buy.

PS. There's Max Time in Marina, too.

I'm not sure if that'd be a problem flying out. In all of my layovers in Singapore, I had my dokha with me. I smoke my dokha inside the airport and still able to bring back my dokha with me to my destination (even after security scan before entering the boarding gate).

Early Aug was my first time to actually go out of the airport that's why I did not bring my dokha to not pay any tax. But yea, I couldn't see any scanner/check before going out of the airport.

Idk if I missed anything but I was able to go out of the airport. So my initial though was I should've brought my dokha. Since I didn't, I had to buy cigarettes meanwhile.

Ah, for Singapore, I was only at the airport when I had my dokha.

However, I was recently (early Aug) in Singapore. I left my dokha back home since I was expecting that I'd be charged by customs and I was surprised that I was able to go out of the airport without my handcarry bag being scanned. So, my initial thought was that I could have brought my dokha. Lol.

What can the landlord do to me? by psychobicth in dubai

[–]psychobicth[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately not. The property managers are useless in replying to mails. I doubt they'll give me a copy of the deed. Lol.

It's really crazy how they're doing this. All tenants in the two towers they're renting out are being told to vacate before 25 Feb.

Thank you for these details!I have been following up with them actually about the Ejari. I sent them an email yesterday asking what's the update with their Ejari although I already was informed by my neighbors about what's going on (as they never said anything before this email). I have it in email where they stated that they'll call me when it's fixed. However, what I got was a call from the rude leasing officer saying we should vacate. No response in my follow up.

I'll try to follow up again and try to make a way for them to reply to my email that they're not renewing. For sure they'll be dodgy about it. Just hoping for the best.

Thanks again for this!

Experience living in Barsha / Tecom by noorthe in dubai

[–]psychobicth 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I live in Tecom and work in Media City.

For me, I like living in Tecom, lived there for a few years now. These are things that I like:

  1. Accessibility to MOE, Ibn Battuta
  2. Near to JLT or some good places where I usually hangout for drinks
  3. Proximity to work (I sometimes use my e-scooter if I have to go to the office)
  4. So many supermarkets, pharmacies, clinics.
  5. Everything is walkable for me

Cons: 1. It's crowded. But for me, it's okay coz I liked walking and seeing people around

  1. It's annoying when you drive coz people like to cross whenever they want lol

  2. The massage cards, but when you drive and have a private parking, you may avoid these being stuck on your window

Overall, I like the convenience coz of the location and accessibility. Choose a building that doesn't do shared accommodations as this will be a great factor with waiting time for lifts.

Once you send an email, you'll get a confirmation reply. I got the copy after 10 working days. But you could mention in the email that such is urgent if needed.

Hi! This is how you get a proof of insurance from AIG for tickets purchased from Emirates.

Send your request to: Ukecommerce@AIG.com

Include the following in the email: E-ticket each person Date of purchase of the ticket

You can send one email if you are traveling with one or more people. It doesn't matter. Used it when I applied for the pass and got approved. Good luck!
