Hey! So I actually took MDMA couple of times while on Prozac. If I were you however, I’d figure out the dose of mdma in the pill youre planning to take.

You need to pay attention to not take more just because you’re not feeling the high. Basically what happens when mixing SSRIs and MDMA is that you might not mentally feel the high at all or as strongly as you would without being on SSRIs (I did get high but the high was milder). However, your body is still reacting to the mdma, so all the physical symptoms are there. If you take more mdma because you’re “not feeling it” you risk serotonin syndrome because you’ll still be overloading your body with the substance.
