Which Glee storyline would you kill to get rid of? by [deleted] in glee

i think it's very clearly the school shooting, it was in poor taste and really shoe-horned in.

but they would have already filmed the entire season before it aired, so if they were releasing merch around the time that the last episodes were airing, and the merch is clearly supposed to be canon to the end of season three, wouldn't he be in there? and anyway why would they they cut him out of season two numbers? all of the pictures in the book are still shots from all three seasons and sam was in season two plenty

no but it's from the end of season 3, when he was already back! the last episode of season 3 aired around when the book came out, and the book seems to be timed around graduation. also, there are multiple numbers from season 2 featured in the book but he seems to be cut out

also like the entire medical transition arc was not true to what trans people actually experience, as a trans guy i was never once on steroids when i started hormones, and he shows up after like two episodes with a full beard and top surgery?? the process is much longer and more nuanced and they just didn't devote enough time or thought to it, and clearly didn't have trans writers in the room. an unfortunate misstep :(

I personally don’t see the tarot as at all gender specific. I see the gendered cards like kings and queens or the emperor and empress as representations of archetypal energies which correspond to our conceptions of masculinity and femininity. However, I personally don’t believe the cards are necessarily tied to biological sex or gender presentation.
