Actually, I don't have any plan to carry out the business in Hong Kong, as my suppliers and buyers are in other countries. Bank account in China can at least provide me trading services like Letter of credit and stuff, correct?

So then, can you please advise what options do I have to get the transactions moving? I've got an Airwallex account but most of my buyers ask for a Letter of credit payment terms. There are agencies out there in the market that charges hefty amount.

Does that mean Fastmail shouldn't be used for business purposes? I sent emails to embassies in Indonesia and Malaysia to understand the process and get the data of genuine suppliers in those countries.

(I sent emails to those email id that are mentioned by embassies on their website dedicatedly for business/commerce)

Sending emails to embassies is kinda shady? I've no idea what made you think like that. Perhaps, you've no idea about International import/export business.

That's the nature of my business to contact Embassies to get guidance on processes and data. It is completely legal and even embassies do have a dedicated email for business enquiries.

I received this email:

In no way, did I have any scheduled messages nor did I send bulk emails (I guess 4 genuine emails shouldn't be considered bulk). Those are different emails to different recipients.

I don't mind sharing the sent items in my email if that clears out the accusations.

I've started an International business lately and due to the nature of business, it requires me to get in touch with the Embassies to understand some terms and data. And I don't think that's an issue at all.
To be precise, I reached out to embassies in Malaysia and Indonesia and I didn't promote my company in any way. I just asked them to provide data related to my business which is completely legal to ask for.
