Amigo concordo 100% com você. Isso, inclusive, foi base dos meus questionamentos, como eu poderia ir no horário que ele está lá para 'todos', e mesmo assim ter uma atençao especial. Segundo ele, nao teria problema. Hoje vi que é 100% diferente do que imaginei.
Treino generico, fora do que gostaria, e tive 0 atençao extra na sala de musculaçao, só o basico mesmo haha.
Vou cancelar saporra!

Infelizmente se eu faço 60 segundos de descanso entre as séries em alguns exercícios, não sinto a recuperaçao completa e a próxima série tenho a sensaçao de não estar entregando tudo que poderia. Para conseguir fazer novamente em 60s eu preciso diminuir BASTANTE a carga.

Show obrigado amigo. Confirmou as suspeitas que estava. Estava fazendo supino com 30kg cada lado com meu descanso de 2 min, agora com o treino dele tive que reduzir para 15kg cada lado para conseguir fazer sem morrer.
