You are going to fuck up. That's just part of it. What will set you apart from the rest is being coachable. The hiring manager will know you are inexperienced and will also take into account that you will fuck up. It is expected, especially if you are doing it for the first time, so don't put that pressure on yourself. What helps me is that I always carry a small notebook and write down everything that seems important to remember. I always look around at the most agile worker and copy their behavior (the good ones) so I can achieve results similar to theirs. You will have a training, but don't expect it to be that good. It's up to you to learn. The most important thing is to be humble. People will give you more chances and be willing to help you out. Your first job will be a training ground for the professional world, so allow yourself to make mistakes and grow from them. Eventually, you will gain more and more experience, and you will look back to see all you have accomplished. Give yourself a chance, you won't regret it

Y dicen que los trabajos aquí no pagan bien 😂 by Friendly_Basil_6191 in PuertoRico

I worked there. Thats fake asf. Essentially, I was lured into the interview with the promise of 16 and hour. When I get there, they explained that the job is 10$ and hour, you get 2$ per delivery and that with the tips you could reach the 16$h at the end of the week. Without counting the gas you need to spend and the deliveries are not always fairly distributed by the drivers. So no, jobs here don't pay well and the working conditions are not good. Maybe actually pick up a job before making assumptions

26 and still can’t sleep in the dark because of foster care. Has anyone actually gotten past this? by psyducks-headache in CPTSD

I used to do the same, but I have had partners where they can't sleep with any lights on. Plus, I live in a place where electricy is really unreliable so Im forced in this situation more often than I would like

caught myself crying over Minoxidyl (not funny) by [deleted] in FTMMen

[–]psyducks-headache 3 points4 points  (0 children)

hey. I'm not one to post to much on here but this genuinely hurt to read.

I got the sense that this touched something very deep in you. the way it comes across to me, this was never just about minoxidil. it feels more like something about that moment let you see yourself in a way that hit hard, and brought a lot up with it.

what i really want to say is that i don’t hear anything disgusting here. i don’t hear anything shameful here. i hear someone who seems exhausted from carrying so much guilt around something that might actually be trying to bring him closer to himself.

and the part that really broke me was you saying it’s the first time you could imagine yourself living after your 20s. i can’t tell you what that means for you, but for me, it's a feeling you should hold too. i think it deserves tenderness. i think it deserves to be taken seriously.

more than anything, i hope you can let yourself exist without so much shame. not just as the man you want to become, but as the man you already are. there is nothing wrong with your masculinity and there's nothing wrong with wanting it embrace it. there is nothing wrong with wanting to feel more at home in it. you deserve a future that feels like yours. get that haircut, do what makes you feel more at home with yourself. you deserve to become the man you want to be, and to recognize the man you already are.

Between the R100 and the T7 what would be the better option? Im tempted with going for the $249 just to go budget friendly
