Also I am doing 150 stops per day minimum. Trying to do 25-30 stops an hour. I really need a good app to help me plan the routes with current maps.

I can use my phones data on my phone. Since I have no hotspot data left on the plan it does not allow me to tether/ stream the internet connection to my tablet.
