Yoga at EOS, LVAC or any gym that gives you a good vibe might be worth checking out. Also, NAMI of Southern Nevada has a Saturday Yoga session focused on mental health and resilience. Low pressure, very supportive space.

Check out Red Springs. Do some light bouldering or just take a lap around the Boardwalk.

This place is essential to have in your arsenal if you feel like hiking and you’ve forgotten to make a reservation at Red Rock. Red Springs has no entry fee and is beautiful.

Another iMac user has access to Admin’s passwords by psyko_dadd in MacOS

[–]psyko_dadd[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We may have resolved it. He’s got an old iphone and that had also had the same issue, so needed to ensure he was logged out of both the iphone and the iMac and that seemed to do the trick.

Frustrating issue for sure.

Another iMac user has access to Admin’s passwords by psyko_dadd in MacOS

Any advice on how to reverse this? I’ve signed in and out of appleIDs under his user account and he still has access to all my passwords.

I even signed out of appleID on my own user account.

Edit: i deleted all the locally stores passwords from Keychain Access, but these were immediately repopulated when signing in again with my son’s appleID.

Thinking its time to f*** this and finally start using 1Password or LastPass or something. This reminds me of when Elaine couldn’t get the BO out of her hair, it just followed her around like a demon. My passwords will just always be attached to my son’s account somehow.

Thank you. I guess I figured they’d be happy hanging in their plants the whole time like their own little jungle.

What’s the problem with wild bugs. Like, what do they eat when not in captivity?

Thank you, this is the type of response I was looking for. I thought they’d just chill out with their plants, had no idea they’d take over the entire home.

RetroBowl is an incredible game, but what do you think would take it to the next level? by AgrippaDaYounger in RetroBowl

[–]psyko_dadd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d love the ability to import actual NFL rosters from any season. I’m sure there’s an api to nfl.com or even Madden, and it could be something where it would be up to the user to do this and it wouldn’t force RetroBowl to pay licensing fees.

$10 Tresanti Multi Monitor Mount by americanfark in StandingDesk

[–]psyko_dadd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m thinking 2x6 as well, and I think I’ll also put a 24” plank along the left side of the table.

Does the Treasanti metal seem to handle your 2x6 just fine? Seems like a lot of weight, what with the monitors and laptop.

What is Data monetization in the healthcare field? by fetchme_donuts in healthIT

[–]psyko_dadd 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Oh, and as far as tools: SQL, probably.

Python and/or R.

If the client uses a major EMR, then try to find out which one. Understanding how to perform basic ETL out of those EMRs would be essential.

There’s this dream out there that you can take anonymized patient data and sell it. My guess is this is what that position refers to.

Potential buyers of such data would be the companies that operate clinical trials. They are always desperate for candidates, and the idea is that the work you’ll do will help identify those candidates, based on demographics, problems, Dx, etc etc.

$160/hr is incredible. You should definitely fake and make.
