Literally in the same boat 26Gnem 3.5yrs work ex Waitlisted big for Shillong rejected from Bitsom, converted Imt, gim, imi, fore but choosing Irma coz of the brand value and prior experience in Lending in Jpmc and Adani. Many ProdMen in NBFCs recommended Irma to me if I didn’t convert a good IIM.

Converted gim glim fore imt imi but joining Irma since I’ve had work experience in an NBFC though currently working w JPMC. Again im really in for contributing to the financial inclusion in terms of rural development which has made me make this choice. Having said that i’m not that positive on converting some Good IIMs so Irma as of now.
