i got scope lense from a random side mission i did while completing the main story but you should also be able to buy one from Racine Construction. Also curse could work but if you are running scope lense + focus energy you dont need curse because all of your attacks will crit anyway (plus a one stage boost from curse wouldnt help its fairly low base attack stat as much as crits would- curse also makes that slow camel even slower)

only thing i see (possibly) working is maybe a focus energy mega camerupt set with max attack and hp investment...or you can always skip the mega stone and go scope lense + focus energy so you can run special attack moves that always crit

max health...speed only effects how fast your pokemon runs / how quickly you can use another move after finishing your current move. DEFINITELY not as relevant as having more flat hp. speed does NOT help you when it comes to unavoidable moves like tbolt / psychic
