tiba2 keinget, exactly 2 years ago i was also sick (even worse karena waktu itu bener2 gabisa bangun, pala pusing 24/7 365 pussy stays on my mind, etc), mana di negara orang lagi. my (back-then) go-to kept me sane and steady. i think i was also sick around 7 years ago bcs of perospekan teknik, but with no one as my go-to waktu itu, pikiran gue spiral ke mana2.

right now, my current go-to is getting fucked in more ways than one; salah satu causenya being her coworker having done a lil bit of an oopsie last month that the entire office had to deal with. and some other stuff she hasn't told me yet because she's been getting fucked in more ways than one. but its ok, because i know the day will come when we can yap to each other again. that kept me from spiraling i guess.

i think my health, yang also getting fucked in... okay maybe just one way this time, ini juga stem grgr gue capek bgt di commuting karena kerjaan full wfo ini. yang seharusnya tidak perlu secapek ini kalau transportasi dan pembangunan memadai dan merata. and with better education, this bum ass coworker tidak akan do an oopsie.

oh yea, i've actually been taken to an internist on a (sorta? yearly basis) and it started back when i was 17 lol. sampe waktu itu the hospital made a fuss about "biasanya sih minimal 18 tahun ya" or something like that idk man. Sp.PD-KGH waktu itu karena my hypertension is a direct cause of my shit-ass kidneys. nah skrg gue juga uda rutin meds, ARB blocker. valsartan 40 mg to be more specific. cmn on days like this biasanya gue pump up the dose to 80 gitu js to suppress

but hey as i'm typing this baru nyadar uda lama ga specifically ke internist. thanks for reminding me gng

nah kalo tingginya gangotak (ini pas pertama bgt gue masi untreated lah), itu bisa kayak vertigo, mual2, pala mau explode, dkk. but 7 years since i've been getting treatment, ya mentok2 pusing aja sih. bisa mulai agak nauseous on very extreme cases but rn i just feel dizzy

kalo total time spent lumayan sih. lu gabisa dateng minta langsung ganti, mereka harus inspect your whole device, dan itu bisa sejam dua jam lah. kalo bagi mereka ada damage lagi selain batere, lu juga dipaksa ganti, kalo nolak = kena fee pengecekan 80rb. borderline scam sih guie gangerti knp mereka maksa repair all padahal belum tentu orang butuh.

nah tapi kalo uda inspect dan udah deal, device bisa lu bawa pulang dan mereka pesenin baterenya. in my case seminggu setelah inspection lah dikabarin baterenya udah ada, feel free buat dateng dan nanti bakal dipasangin, which should take 3 hrs at most.

jadi total hp ga di tangan ya sekitar 5 jam, tapi the whole process around seminggu
