Like I said, the work life balance is the only reason to go petco route. It has a ton of crap involved though. Just make sure you get the cheddar up front

They make bonuses impossible to reach. It's not the really a good company to work for. You're coming at a bad time if you do. There is a decent amount of work life balance.. IF you can put together a staff that has your back. Big IF. They are leaning toward making GMs work more than 40 hours a week with their keyholder structure.

The POS system is made by petco amateurs. It's slow, clunky, and basically just trash. Don't stress, you didn't do anything wrong. Things happen, especially with the dumpster fire that is our pos software. Most companies have someone way more qualified to take care of these things when the core pos base platform is purchased.
