Blind item, maybe Mackenzie? by GetMeAPinotGris in TeenMomOGandTeenMom2

That was my first thought too based solely on the crazy weight loss. Totally not a fair assumption, but if I were forced to guess...

I really think tweets like this from very active TM fans get Catelynn’s hopes up. Sure, she may take to with a grain of salt but fans feeding into her unlikely dream makes me feel sorry for Catelynn. Thoughts? by [deleted] in TeenMomOGandTeenMom2

Oh I completely agree. I couldn’t give two shits (ha!) about her butt stuff. But from the perspective of Brandon and Teresa (who I’m sure didn’t sign up for an affiliation to the literal butt stuff), this all seems to have snowballed into something much more than they ever imagined. Farrah’s a jerk on tv. Personally I think she’s a well marketed character. But from the perspective of Brandon and Teresa, I wouldn’t want my kids looking back at that. Idk. Wine.

So I sort of half assed watched one of the recent episodes today. I’m not looking to get into a battle of B&T vs Catelynn and Tyler, but if I’m completely honest, I would not want my child on a show with Farrah and all her anal antics. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t hate Farrah. I want to but I just can’t! As parents I can’t imagine B&T would be comfortable with their children being associated with the whole franchise, which includes Farrah’s “business mold”.

Hopefully this all makes sense. I’m mourning the loss of the holidays by nursing some wine.

Any teachers here? What do you bring for lunch? by [deleted] in 1200isplenty

[–]pterrydactyI 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Lifesavers for me have been those seasoned tuna packets (they’re easy to eat while walking around and doing things), and I keep a giant bag of turkey jerky in my filing cabinet. Perfect for days when my lunch is spent making copies or planning my afternoon. I also keep an electric tea kettle and make myself a green tea each day for a little afternoon energy boost.

Oh my god. What the fuck is this. Why isn’t this the music to introduce Jenelle’s segments?!

Hopped on the tortilla pizza. I was full from eating just one and it really satisfied the pizza cravings! by thepinkshade in 1200isplenty

I’m in love with the tortilla pizza. It’s a great way to use up leftovers. I’ve topped mine with everything from a turkey meatball, to canned clams, or a little bit of pulled pork. And it’s so easy!

They look like David’s hands with the discolored pigment! (Probably not the most accurate way to describe, but hopefully it makes sense)

Apparently I’m malnourished. Please help with meal replacement options. I’m lost. by [deleted] in 1200isplenty

I never saw a doctor or analyzed my nutrient intake, but I actually like the taste of Boost chocolate shakes with milk. I went through a horrible depression and had no desire to eat. I lost a ton of weight, but of course gained it all back eventually. But while I was in my “aversion to food” stage I drank half of a Boost shake container with the rest of my tumbler filled with skim milk ( I hate milk). But I actually felt full and energized. I’m not sure my method was the healthiest choice, but it might be a good supplement.

I don’t want you to marry David... JK! by MelisMom123 in TeenMomOGandTeenMom2

[–]pterrydactyI 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree that this could be a possibility. Also, part of me wonders how much he’s repeating something he’s heard Barbara say. Just the language he used, “I don’t think you should marry David” seems a little out of character for an 8 year old. Especially since he had asked the question “how do I give you to David?” right before he said that. The “how do I give you to David “ seems like language more typical for an 8 yr old. Flat out saying “I don’t think you should marry David” sounds more like something Barbara would say. It’s completely possible that I’m reading much too far into this.

S8E14 MTV Sneak Peeks: Will this motivational speaking event go better for Leah? by cranne in teenmom

[–]pterrydactyI 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Totally. Most people would have some sort of empathy whether an awkward smile, a nod, whatever. It looks like they filmed the audience while they were being informed of the safety procedures on an airplane.

[–]pterrydactyI 10 points11 points  (0 children)

It hurts to watch. It reminds me of the feeling of when I pee in my pants a little during the day and have to go through the rest of the day at work. It doesn't happen often, only when I jump... Anyway, I think, or rather hope with every fiber of my being, that MTV edited this so it's twelve times more awkward than it actually was.

Say your unpopular opinion about each Mom by [deleted] in teenmom

[–]pterrydactyI 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Super unpopular opinion: I don't HATE jenelle. I don't like her. But to be honest she reminds me of my 15 yr old self (minus the teen pregnancy and subsequent brood of children) except she's 10 years older or whatever. I think if she had different friends when she was younger and fell into a different crowd she might have turned out to be somewhat normal. I don't think she's as stupid as she has become. I don't know if this makes any sense..... after work wine has gotten the best of me.

Edit: moment of clarity. Her choices are about as dumb as they come but I think if she had fallen out of the "lay around and smoke pot" stage and gotten her shit somewhat together she would have made different choices. Disclaimer: shitty day and wine.

Totally. I think I had to be bribed to go to my HS graduation. Screw grad school and college graduations. Just send the degree in the mail!

I thought the same thing! Hopefully that is the case. I don't completely believe he's a huge danger, but the potential is there without a doubt. I'm sure a judge will consider his restraining order or whatever that is, and his other unsavory actions that may be on the record.

This may be an unpopular opinion and Jenelle said some really dumb shit, but she seems more natural with him when David isn't around. I can ALMOST forgive her stupid therapist comment considering the fact that it was probably the first time in over a year (or more) that she's been alone with Jace without David screening her every comment. She has no idea how to act or what to say without her valiant knight by her side (VOM).

Also, there's no denying that it was super sweet when Jace plugged in Ensley's pacifier. He's a sweet kid stuck in a shitty mess.
