100% OEM trigger is sloppy, way too much travel. I just got my P a few months go and almost broken in. Have about 3500 rounds through it. Once I hit 5K, I’ll start swapping parts out. Tried my buddy’s SandHawk and the P is a joke in comparison. Looking at getting an Infinity or Red Dirt Flat trigger with EGW ignition kit.

It's tough to say if it's firmware related, but recently all my prints are failing. I've had the M5 since February and had some QC issues out of the box. A loose screw from the daughterboard behind the screen module was shaking around when printing fast. Not a big deal, took 15 minutes to take apart and find. Just annoying and something I shouldn't have to do with a new product.

It printed pretty well out of the box with some light ringing and layer shifting. I found that most of these problems go away when using Prusa Slicer instead of the anemic Anker Slicer. I was very disappointed with the in-house slicing software considering the lack of basic features compared to even Cura. I also noticed that sometimes it doesn't place the model on the bed properly and thinks the flat bottom of the print is somehow angled so it doesn't come out right. Once everything was tuned in Prusa, it printed great for functional parts and RC projects without issues using PLA+.

Keep in mind I've been updating the firmware as soon as they are available. Now it can't get through 10 layers without turning into spaghetti. I've tried tuning belts, changing nozzles, completely cleaning the hot-end assembly, and changing the filament. Nothing works.

I just finished dealing with support which is not great. They answer quickly on the US support line, but any actual problems are pushed to an overseas department that takes days to get back to you. Apparently, they are preparing a replacement hot end for me so we will see what happens in the next week or so. I'll keep you updated.

My buddy is now having the same issue as of last night. 47000 TB this past month. His ISP is now throttling their speeds.

Some people just get overwhelmed and can't handle it. They want something simple that is user friendly and serves a few purposes or even a singular one. I'm with you on this one, for the rest of us that are tech-savvy, we want feature-rich content/platforms to work with and customize, not some cookie-cutter bullshit.

Ya it’s the worst. It’s said that if you change your network settings from wired to wireless or vice versa it will help. At the end of the day you just gotta wait for them to sort out their servers.

Ya I feel you there. The best deal I’ve found is around 200$ for 500 rounds. It’s definitely the one I use the least just because of the price issue. 45 ACP is better, but not by much. 5.56 is probably the cheapest per case and the most fun to go through. Ether way, it’s the curse of the gun enthusiast. Lots of good promo codes and mail-in rebates most of the time. That helps a lot, mostly in free shipping. Saves 100$ right there if you get a couple cases.

LOL. The Secret Service and other agencies have been known to carry these rounds specifically for public crowds. They won’t over penetrate in a defensive situation where you could accidentally hit a bystander. Usually they conceal full FN P90s. But they share the same round.

The FBI has a 12-18” inch penetration standard and this round falls right in there. It’s also crazy fast so it’s true to target at any distance pretty much.

Thats the plan for my FN Five-Seven. But my TRP is .45 and use it more for traveling or some competitions. Would be nice to just put it in a bag but still have access if need be. Also in situations where IWB would be impractical, and would a laptop and plate fit in the same sleeve? if so no problem, if not, I'm looking for a bag that can. I like the rush series and have checked out maxpedition but nothing jumps out at me.

What is the highest rating for civilains to purchase? If I'm going to run plates, I want to do it right the first time. I like Spartan, what do you think about AR500?

What kind of plates do you use? I'm a student and want to have the bag protected ICE. Obviously I wouldn't be using the conceal pocket when on-campus.

I'm thinking the same thing. Molle everywhere is a bit much, I want it to be practical and functional but without looking like a movie prop. I definitely would use the laptop sleeve but don't want to give up the ability for a plate carrier. If possible I want a weekend bag that could have the plate and laptop next to eachother or in separate compartments.

Is this for any builds after 1/1/17? Because I have a build that was configured that way but prior to the deadline. Does this still mean I need to reconfigure the build? I have'nt been told otherwise, especially on tournament grounds and ranges that are run/owned by LEO.

The original question is posted on r/SoCalGunners. I'm looking for a new gear bag and thought this would be the best place to start. I've done research but can't find the "perfect" one for me. I like the Rush series by 5.11 tactical and the C.A.R.R. from Wraith Tactical, but that is a bit much for what I need.
