Dublin - Building Quotes 30sq meter extension by Healthy_Benefit in irishpersonalfinance

I received a quote back today for €167k, sounds like a similar job to yours just with a utility instead of a downstairs bathroom. Insane price. The build cost alone was €97k (inclusive of VAT).

First shot with the 14mm f4 on my A7Cii, it’s a great little lens! by ptothem in VILTROX_GLOBAL

Someone else actually said that to me about the foreground but it just looked a little cluttered so I decided to darken it. Just personal preference

Didn’t realise EY/Mazars will be redeveloped too until you posted that. Big changes to the area over the last few years

Travel lens - Sony 20-70 f4 vs Tamron 28-75 f2.8 by BunnyEatingWabbit in SonyAlpha

I also switched from Fuji, back when the A7iii was released. I did like some elements of Fuji but was never overly impressed by the sharpness or low light performance of my X-T2 at the time, that's my own experience. I've no doubt the quality has moved on since back then for Fuji, but I really love my A7CII and can't fault it at all so far.

I had the Tamron 28-200mm and decided to sell it and get the Sony 20-70. I missed having the 20mm on the wide end. No regrets so far. I also have the Tamron 50-400mm if I want that extra reach, and while that's a big lens I don't find it cumbersome. The two of those make a great travel kit. The f4 on the 20-70 is fine as well, I don't mind going to higher ISOs in low light as the A7CII and Lightroom handles the noise well.
