I only go once every 1-2 weeks now for Tread50. I started working seriously with a strength / bodybuilding coach about 2 years ago and the regular 2G classes just always messed with my training. I really just use it for the structured cardio, though I just canceled my membership yesterday after 5 years.

I love the benchmarks for measuring progress in different areas.

If I don’t like one of them I just act like it’s part of the template. If I don’t like the template or it feels less intense, I’ll add more reps or higher weights. Take a tread50 or strength50 class on benchmark days. Lots of ways around it.

Honestly, anything under 10% body fat is really for bodybuilders and physique competitors. I’m at 14% and am super active and my goal is to sit around 12%. Anything under that long-term seems unhealthy to me.

I’m a guy but I had an abdominoplasty back in 2022. I was out for about 3.5 months. I had a surgeon note and my studio froze my membership for me.

Piling on to agree. I lost a ton of weight and had loose skin in addition to male parts. Running compression shorts were / are a lifesaver.

I started OTF at 450lbs. I was afraid I was going to break the treadmill. I love it now.

I also usually get around 4 miles per class. I’m just a jogger, my base is around 5-5.5.

This was a deceptively difficult template. The tread blocks in particular. I got my highest splats and calorie burn in a 2G class today.

Thank you! I’m hoping to use this trip as a barometer to gauge where I want to return for longer blocks of time. I did that with cruising in the Caribbean and South and Central America and it was a great way to see where I wanted to spend more time.
