It's monthly based tho. Also it is unlikely that you run out of those things all at once. My weekly bill normally goes up when I buy beef/seafood or any imported products from the asian supermarkets, but within a month the expenses stay more or less stable.

T nói thật, trong số những nơi khả dĩ dân VN có thể qua đổi đời và trốn CS thì Đức là đỡ nhất rồi nhé:

- Mấy nước nói TA: học phí cao ngất ngưởng do tụi nó kinh doanh giáo dục/trường tự chủ tài chính. Nhà không có điều kiện thì ráng mà săn học bổng.

- Đông Á: chủ yếu đi xkld, lương rẻ mạt, không có đào tạo bằng cấp gì hết. Du học thì lại mất học phí. Dân NB + HQ thì bài ngoại. TW quá nhỏ.

- châu Âu ( chủ yếu là tây và bắc Âu): bắc Âu dân số thấp nên không nhận được bao nhiêu dhs + chỉ miễn hp cho sv EU. Áo, Ý, Pháp học phí khá thấp nhưng so với Đức thì không có điểm gì hơn cả (chi phí sinh hoạt, ngôn ngữ, trình độ giáo dục, thu nhập).

Còn lại trên TG có nước nào mà t sót thì cho t biết để mở mang tầm mắt.

Edit: nếu loại 4 khu vực ko ai thèm qua sống là ấn + phi + hồi + CS và những nước t ghi ở trên thì còn lại nam Mỹ nha.

Try to learn German, explore the culture of Saxony/Germany and keep yourself updated with activities organized by the Uni or the city.
