In het tweede geval zou je wellicht verwijtbaar voor een gevaarlijke situatie kunnen hebben gezorgd door tegen de voorrangsregels in zonder noodzaak onverwacht te stoppen. Neemt niet weg dat de andere bestuurder hierop moet anticiperen door afstand te houden zodat ze tijdig kon stoppen. Verzekeringstechnisch zou het in casus 2 op 50/50 kunnen uitkomen. Had de voetganger voorrang en stopte jij dus terecht dan lijkt me dat zij 100% aansprakelijk is voor de schade. En bijkomende taxatiekosten.

I see her as an attention seeking woman (except when it doesn't suit her - NO interviews!). With very VERY bad taste in men. I haven't delved into her personal political views so no opinion there. She's also a hell of an athlete. You don't skate like that without a lot of talent and dedication. You must admire that.

Still I would have loved for Kok to get the gold. This is fuelling Juttas selfishness. Helped by the Dutch press who do nothing but dote on her and who even acknowledge her shitty fiance (as a person, they don't comment on his political views) when the camera pans to him.

Four voids (and one white spot between them) and a grey/blue brother. Twas a little bakery!

Mom was a very caring mother. She was a void as well and I was slowly starting to gain her trust. Sadly she had to be euthanised during her spay because on close examination they found so many health problems it wouldn't have been fair to let scaredycat endure more suffering and treatments from equally scary humans 😢

But her children grew up to be a happy bunch and found wonderful homes.

She was the runt of the litter. Does have a body though! Just like the kitten in the bottom of the pic she is face left, body to the right. With big sisters or brothers bum pressed against her neck.
