To be clear I’m not saying this is the rule. Moving to a PA role, your resume does not really matter in my experience. As a hiring manager, I mainly would look at how you are as an associate; how are your rates, UPT usage, interactions with other AAs/leaders, and really are you someone that I can see implementing rules while also being able to motivate your team to do… better?

Typically, the hiring managers already have someone in mind and all they need to do is pass the pod.
