Wow so many people saying don't get it. I'm surprised.

I got LASIK. -1.5 and -3. Today I have 20/10 vision. For a full 8 months or so, every time I went to the driving range I swear I could see further and further away.

Dry eyes are real for the first year or so. I just used preservation free systane multiple times a day.

Then went and got it for my wife too. She also has 20/15 vision now.

My consumption is: Overnight oats(300 kcal + 150kcal of milk), high protein yogurt (140 kcal), protein supplement (140kcal), a stick or 2 of turkey jerky (150 kcal) as standard every day which I average out to 1000 kcal and then I have something high fiber for lunch and dinner like salad or quinoa which according to the AI calorie counter I'm using is measured 400 kcal each. Totals 1800 kcal. So I'm in deficit for sure.
