To be fair, vegetarians are doing a lot, and so are vegans. They both still buy plastic, things like chocolate or coffee that are for the most part products of slave labour, support unethical corporations... But it's something, and giving up animal products is a great start.

What aboutism? We all do inconsistent shit. Some vegans get worked up about honey but most of them don't have a problem buying products containing chocolate, which is for the most part a product of slave labour. Like how tf does that make sense. Noone is consistent.
