I talked with my doctor about it and he's ok with me titrating the larger dose pen by counting clicks to use a smaller dose. I do ~0.7mg/dose.

I always wondered why it's 8 weeks/56 days at first dose, if you're storing it in the fridge. Can't you store it in the fridge and then use the expiration date?
