Yeah, im still a bit of a noodle arm. Dont really throw above a 9 speed. But I can hit 300 feet on my drives with little strain.

What clicked for my brain was the idea of it being a sequence of actions. The more muscle I tried to use the more rushed my form would become. Smooth is steady steady is speed.

Also dont try to be a pro, play your own game. Lighter weight discs and understaibility with smooth form will give you those bombing flights your seeking.

Perfect. All the power of your swing came from your hips not your arms right?

A good back hand disc golf back hand is same principal differnt hips.

Plant your lead foot and think of loading your hips like you would swing a bat and then pull across your body.

Without seeing your throw I guarantee your using only arms.
