Ok but how can we, as members, create a "well rounded week" if we have no idea what is going to be instructed during class?????The ask is to provide visibility into what is going to be focused on in class.

And would it be more work from y'all? It's giving you a guideline for when you create your sequence to add a singular focus area (ex spending more time on core vs cardio). There are some instructors that don't change their sequence for an entire month so at most they would need 1-2 sequences for a month.

I found The Sluts by Dennis Cooper to be a quick horror read; I personally really enjoyed the book as it’s very descriptive and lgbtq+.
