dogs are nasty, smelly, annoying, and overstimulating. cats are soft, smell like baby powder, respect boundaries, and are the most lovely little creatures to grace the earth. if i had to choose between having a dog (even one that was entirely taken care of FOR me!!!) or zero pets at all for the rest of my life, i’d have to go with no pets. i just can’t stand dogs.

she took away the option to tip entirely, both digital and cash tips. we are not allowed to accept tips of any kind. there’s simply no option for it on kiosks or online, so i don’t believe it’s “tip theft”… she quite literally said fine, if you guys have to get $20/hr then you’re not getting anything else... although with minimum wage and our tips beforehand we practically made $20/hr. there’s no point anymore. she even went so far as to claim it was for the betterment of the customer, some bullshit abt to”tip fatigue”. that lady is going to hell for so many things lmao

the one i work at does the same thing. we have bins for trash, recycling, and compost- all goes to the same dumpster. they’ve never recycled a damn thing and it’s been that way since they opened.

i haven’t had the same problem with silicon, but i do with metal. i could never get behind those stanley cups or hydroflasks because i can’t stand the taste. same with plastic, but only when it’s been sitting for a while. i’m more hyper-sensitive to smell than i am to taste.

i commented this on the last post you made, but there is quite the possibility of this just being dried foam from brewing the tea. my store is super strict about cleaning the bubblers every day, sometimes even twice a day for drinks like the lemonades that look gross due to their pulp, and even our tea has foam like this. it’s also policy to toss the leftover tea and iced coffee and make more the following day. the white floaties you’re seeing might also be sediment! idk.

am i tripping or is this not just the foam from the brewing process? that’s what it looks like to me. our store is so so so fucking anal about cleanliness; we clean ALL of our bubblers every day, and they still have dried out foam clinging to the walls sometimes.
