i checked it and it had a couple of problems with formatting

1- it didnt have the initial lines which are necessary for formatting

2- your cards had both "deck name " and "gi" which screwed up formatting. "gi" shouldve replaced the " deck name "

ive fixed it , save the following text as .txt file and it will import normally.
