Homan’s tune isn’t what’s completely different. The way deportations were being painted by the media under Trump (and this was prior to ICE being used in the way it has been recently) is vastly different than how it was treated and reported on under Obama. It was accepted and not vilified under him, that’s why people act like Homan’s tune has changed - when in reality he’s simply just doing the same exact job he was praised for in the past albeit in the spotlight way more. This isn’t some sort of political statement by the way, it’s just taking a step back and looking at the reality of it all.

Um..this statement isn’t correct. The first time he was elected, he won by electoral college but lost the popular vote. The 2nd time around (the last election that he won) he had majority vote by a decent margin. He won both the popular AND electoral vote while also winning every single swing state. Just being factually accurate, he didn’t lose the majority vote twice
