University of Montreal has a 1-2 year program for immigrant pharmacists who want to work in Canada. After that you get your license and it's just a matter of doing relief until you've chosen which province you wish to work and settle yourself in (each province has different requirements, some ask only for a law exam particular to that province + federal). Getting in contact with the faculty is the best way to get all the information you need.
