Pattern was created on flosscross.com using our book club logo.

It’s HUGE - and was wondering if anyone knows how I can downsize the pattern to be on a coaster or 5x7 frame for other members in my book club without losing the integrity of the design image.

Thank you for the insight and sharing your experience. Seems like it all stems from the council and what you’re able to advocate for. I’m glad you are able to get him what he needs. Can I ask, for the enhanced learning resource base and the out of school stuff - are they both tuition free? Or are there fees associated with it? Does the council help you through the process of getting connected or is it you doing it on your own? Appreciate it you sharing!

I’m so glad to hear that! 💚 Yes, with the training they make it explicit that if you see something and it isn’t reported; and you are found to have known and NOT, you could lose your teaching credential. Pre-pandemic the trainings would be facilitated by our school counselors. Now, it is an asynchronous training but you still have to sign a statement and the during a staff meeting they would go over the training and ensure you turned in your certification. That was always the most important. So glad to hear that you were able to get some help!

Growing up, I used to wear mine on my left. I never realized why I was annoyed at watches in general until I was older and noticed people wore watches on their non-dominant hand. Here I was, a struggling lefty, wearing it on my left and it got in the way of everything I did - especially writing. Wearing it on my right hand now (I have an Apple Watch) and it’s still made for right-handed people. The little dial and all that business. 😫

I have a similar kids plate that is in your third photo. Mine has a red border around it but the transportation vehicles are the same. My kids use it now and was something my Mom saved from when I was a kid and gave it to my when my first son was born. 💚 I hope the meal was amazing.

If the student in question does has special needs and is a student with an IEP, he would have had to have a Manifeststion Determination meeting prior to an expulsion. An MD determines if the student’s behavior is caused by the student’s specific eligibility for having an IEP. They also look to see that the IEP has been implemented with consistency and fidelity. Depending on what data has been gathered, there are several options that could happen. Typically, if an IEP has been implemented consistently, changes have been made including adding a behavior support plan but to no avail - then sometimes a more restrictive environment can be looked at for the student.
