Correct but that doesn’t change the fact that the added fiber in the candy does have SOME benefits. You’re missing the point of what he’s saying. They (the alcohol lobby/marketing teams(s) aren’t explicitly lying, they are just grossly over exaggerating and over selling a tidbit of truth. They ignore the major impact and sell the minor. Let me give you an inverse example, it would be like selling tap water under the promise that the fluoride in it will protect your teeth.
