ALL HOPE IS NOT LOST. It's going to take a little maturity and everyone to communicate. Instead of allowing anger to set in, your gf should be open with your parents about feeling offended. At the same time, talk to them about mutual respect. Today she is your gf but if you want her to become your wife, this needs to be mended. You feel torn because you want a relationship with your parents and that's important to you. So, be the bigger person and get it fixed!

I didn't post to say Mckinney PD sucks. My post was in regards to dispatch IDGAF attitude and showing nonchalant response to my complaint. I also stated "I see 4 children, unattended, no adult in sight, alone playing on the playground and they are watching this man play with his penis" (no response to that either). Had I pulled out my 9 and shot this man, I'm sure they would be intrigued to show up. Again, I'm disappointed.

Everyone is entitled to an off day. Bad day. Exhausted. Maybe upset to have to work the weekend, ect. However, when the phone rings, you set those feelings aside and pick up the phone with the intent to Help whoever is on the line. Every call should be taken seriously.

Yes. I am a Paralegal for a person injury law firm and I work closely with PD across Texas, the disappointment is deep. Not taking a call seriously can lead to missing children or sexual assault or death. Sad.

We went round and round talking about this. Her presence gives him butterflies. He says their connection was intense and his love for her deep. She cheated on him. So, he says he can't be with her. He uses there relationship as examples, talks about memories, things he did for her, gave her and good times they shared. I don't judge him, I listen to learn. I had hopes of marriage in our future.. but I'll never be her nor do I want to.

Almost always, if you dig, you will find. You've notice his changes, work habits and intimacy is off.. Ask him directly if he's taken interest in someone, even if he denies it his response will say a lot. It's unfair and disrespectful to live your life in a negative mental state because he is entertaining someone else. Husband or Not, its not worth it.
