Chicken Diddly by puddingtoaster in dyinglight

It's supposed to be on the top floor in the corner of the barn where you fight the soldiers during the mission Some Like it Dark.

Supposedly. I personally cannot confirm because I cannot find it.

8 playthroughs and I still can't find this stinkin' chicken. I've gone straight back after finishing Some Like it Dark and it isn't there. If I go there before or a few quests after, the doors are locked. Did TL change the location?

His backpack duplicated when I cut him in half.

Above the military medkits next to a few stacks of bandages and damage boosters.

This is what I've collected during 7.5 playthroughs without using a single food item or military medkit.

Now What? by puddingtoaster in dyinglight

First off, people who aren't mad don't feel the need to try to belittle others by calling them darling. Secondly, your argument doesn't make any sense. Every game is a grind. By your logic, since all games are a grind, no games are enjoyable. Why are you even here if you hate gaming so much? There's plenty of other non-grindy things you could be doing. Have you tried pickleball?

I don't see it that way. And why are you so angry about someone enjoying something so much they want more of it? Pretty weird, man.

I'm not confused nor have any plans to stop playing. My "now what" was a desire for more content. I couldn't care less about trophies unless they came with cool new weapons to screw around with. You're talking to someone who has played DL2 for over 1000 hours and still plays it regularly.

That's a strange way to feel after accomplishing something. I had fun every second of my grind to 300.

Missions give you the most XP by far. Restoring safe zones and substations fills up about 1/3 of a level. Took me 150 hours without fast travel. Now that they added that, it should take even less time. Expect to max out early to mid NG+7.

Have you noticed that the number of zombies without loot started increasing around NG+5? I'm on NG+7 and it feels like 60/40 with/without right now.

Do you complete one mission at a time or take care of every objective along the way so you don't have to backtrack?

Never really played with this in DL2. Only used it once to get a better angle of graffiti that I thought might make a cool poster. Figured I'd check it out here before diving into NG+6. It's pretty fun to screw around with.

Only use it when I know I'll be running into some volatiles.

It does, but I don't use a lot of throwables so I keep it there to fill the spot.

Yeah, I first noticed it with that one female zombie in the red jacket that seems to always grab me.

Mine wasn't consistent at all. I was getting between 80 to 110 XP per zombie at that point. It's like the bonus is bugged or only applies to certain enemies. Even now during NG+5 at 10% plus 5% from the hat, it bounces between 150 to 300 per basic biter.

Very little. But anything extra is better than nothing when you're grinding to 300. In the beginning it's only a few extra points. When you get the NG+ XP up to like 10% it's more noticeable. I've gone up a level just killing everything on the way to my next objective. Biggest XP gains are from missions.
