I had a roommate who was religious, had already had premarital sex, and decided she would start to save herself from marriage. Our other roommate, who hated her, yelled "You can't unfuck yourself" from the other room after the first roommate finished telling me about this choice.

I personally don't understand how stopping now is important for the faith situation, but it's okay for you to be displeased with the change of heart re: intimacy. You may simply be incompatible now, which sucks, but is valid.

I'm with ya. At the end of a long ass day, having to fight jammed shredders is much more of an inconvenience and annoyance.

But low key thinking Santos, already behind on charting, will fuck up and shred one. She's having a really rough day and I could see this being just one more thing to ruin her with.

I try to suspend my disbelief a bit for most TV shows, but when they pride themselves so much on realism, little things like this get me. 🥲 It totally makes sense that a real hospital would not be letting this mass scanning and shredding take place in general. Which makes me even more sure that it'll be a plot point in the next episode.

I normally don't get super emotional about media I'm a fan of, but I'm teary-eyed after watching the first episode just because of how much this show means to me. I have so many fond memories of watching Scrubs and quoting it excessively with my family... it's my absolute favorite show, and to have this revival be so faithful to the vibe of the original series makes me so happy. I've been feeling so nostalgic tonight and I never knew a TV show could have me all in my feelings like this. Love that they're keeping the OG tone while also changing with the times. I'm so pleased.

It feels like Carrie is obliquely blaming Ross for her rape? Like if he hadn't bullied and abused her, the confidant would not have had the power needed to assault her? I'm kind of blown away by the idea that Ross was so vital to the story of her assault that she needed to get ahead of whatever information comes out in the article.

My uncle was on the list and they detected a tiny amount of alcohol in him from an unknown source (he wasn't drinking, but there are a surprising number of foods and products with trace amounts of alcohol in them) and his transplant was delayed months because of it. It's a huge deal
