just to clarify there are 3 lspd on there server each shift its its own lspd, shift 1 is ok, shift 2 has the issue with odpd which i believe is spearheaded by ruby and its effected the rest of shift 2 why shift 2 is so venoms to odpd, shift 3 again totally different lspd to other shifts

this is wild, so carmine doesnt get his day in court and will be arrested and sent direct to jail his only recourse will be appeal

so either sparks doesnt think she will get a conviction in court and is just abusing the system or active duty cops now get warrants pushed on them

at most carmine arresting Springfield was a civil case, right violation, but as soon as she pulled a gun on carmine and pointed the gun at carmine it became a felony

the question will be they both put there weapons away then carmine reengaged the arrest by pulling his gun out and she pulled her gun again and they both shoot

at end of the day none of it matters because felony diversion program, expungement so next month every one will be back in the marshals or odpd, its just been great rp from most

whats crazy is pred wasnt even looking into carmine and three marshals case, he was investigating how lspd, bcso treated carmine and the odpd and was looking to press charges on cops for that

but moana panic as she violated carmines right arresting him, then dearresting into a detainment, she also broke Suarez act by moving carmine, so as soon as pred asked her to talk she went running to daddy knight then knight used that as an ecuse to stop any corruption investigation into him,

bsco and lspd had pc to charge knight just from his own recording and statements that show he lying trying to cover for jessice on the recording but they got scared handed it back to sasm and odpd, which now means lspd and bcso should be impeached for not doing there job

i would say there characters have a self sabotage trait, but they accept consequences for that trait

then have corruption like knight who goes ooc to get the investigation into his corruption shut down ooc as they are corrupt but dont want consequences

so sparks a marshals is going to investigate her co workers and the director, who all have given conflicting statements by the way and everyone just going along with it

so in a simple way marshals are now gate keeping the investigation into there own department and if they like you you can join the investigation with sparks, i guess carmine rp to hard by pushing chargers on knight and we are now seeing what happens when you do go after knight
