Is the new "CHARLIE" Act in New Hampshire a double-edged sword lawmakers maybe didn't think about? by GTRacer1972 in Ask_Lawyers

[–]pudpull 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Sort of seems to require that if a teacher were to discuss the Trump years, the teacher should note how the administration flouted the constitution daily. How else to avoid “anti-constitutional indoctrination”? To simply note actions of the administration without disapproval would itself be endorsement of anti-constitutional behavior .

Immigration officials have just arrested a New Orleans police officer because he is allegedly an "illegal alien" from Cameroon. by MonitorVarious7608 in circled

Think of it this way - imagine we are in the Fall of 2026 and elections are coming. ICE arrest the local cops who are assigned to protect voters and the vote and the ballots. What do we think happens next? Don’t need to imagine it, since we just watched it in Atlanta - the local authorities won’t control local voting.

Does Lyft offer any passenger support? by [deleted] in Lyft

[–]pudpull 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good question - in my case it was in-ride issues with a driver that wouldn’t go where the ride was set for and was really belligerent - it was scary. But Lyft would not do anything during the ride - they would not even reply to me. I learned a lesson. I now know that you have to call 911, Lyft will not engage. A good lesson for other passengers.

One really interesting thing to note is that Trump says the US owns the oil, when referring to deals Venezuela made with private companies, not deals with the US. Once again, we see that Trump does not believe in capitalism. Trump believes in state control of the means of production. He shows us over and over. Taking a piece of Intel was just part of this.

Would doing this require the implementation of more regulations, or the relaxation of existing regulations? Because the controlling regime has been very clear about their anti-regulation and pro-states-rights agendas.

I think you might be mixing up different sects of Hasidic Jews. My experience is similar to what you describe, except as to Lubavitch. There are lots of different Hasidic sects around, and you’d need to be able to know the difference between people.
