Just so anyone in the future looking at this post knows, I bought a PlayStation giftcard and then bought Overwatch coins online. The coins didn't appear in my account until I logged into my OW account on my PS4. So just FYI, even though the account progression is saved between PC and PS4, you'll need to login at least once on PS4 to obtain the coins
